I’ve been waiting many years for a kitchen makeover. Glad I waited as it gave my husband and me the opportunity to have Cornelius do the work. He is timely, creative, reasonably priced, dedicated, and extremely conscientious. My kitchen looks better than I imagined and it’s a pleasure to be cooking again. Cornelius brought in one of his sub-contractors, James, whose work was also exemplary. I wouldn’t think twice about these gentlemen doing any other projects for us - C Urban Development is the only contractor we will call in the future.

Cornelius Falade Was a contractor I used when a man moved from one of my rental properties. Everything had to be redone: new floors, painting, new appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, stairs, windows doors, deck, sunroom. It was a total disaster. Cornelius, a fine Christian man, very reasonable prices, re-did the whole place beautifully, including marble countertops in the kitchen, garbage disposal, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, lights, painting the front door, replacing all the other doors. He would ask me to come check to see if I approved and wanted to change. All suggestions were taken and graciously done. The place looked great, thanks to his meticulous work...

Cornelius is very good in fixing and helping with project completion. He completed a project with shower renovation, dry wall patching and painting in kitchen, master bedroom and garage. He comes in the weekend to finish the work. He is very responsive and also does follow up on his work several times after the project is completed. I recommend him for any home projects.
