Cornelius Falade Was a contractor I used when a man moved from one of my rental properties. Everything had to be redone: new floors, painting, new appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, stairs, windows doors, deck, sunroom. It was a total disaster. Cornelius, a fine Christian man, very reasonable prices, re-did the whole place beautifully, including marble countertops in the kitchen, garbage disposal, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, lights, painting the front door, replacing all the other doors. He would ask me to come check to see if I approved and wanted to change. All suggestions were taken and graciously done. The place looked great, thanks to his meticulous work...
